This California Consumer Privacy Act Notice ("CCPA Notice") supplements the information contained in the Privacy Policy of Charter Funding and its subsidiaries (collectively, "we", "us", or "our") and applies solely to visitors, users, and others who reside in the State of California ("consumers" or "you"). We adopt this notice to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 ("CCPA") and any terms defined in the CCPA have the same meaning when used in this notice.

An example of the total amount paid on a personal loan of $10,000 for a term of 36 months at a rate of 15% would be equivalent to approximately $12,497.53 over the 36 month life of the loan.

Checking your interest rate generates a soft inquiry on your credit report, which is visible only to you. Individual lenders may perform a hard inquiry that could affect your credit score when you submit an application for credit.

The information you provide will be shared with lenders and third parties in order to process your request.
